Met a neighbor!

Not too much has changed since our last trip.  The footer and foundation appears to be done.  But the surprising thing was our next door neighbor drove up at the same time we did to check out their property.  She seemed very nice.  There was another car there as well a few houses down.  So everyone decided to come out today to check on the progress.

Update from builder

Footers have been installed as of today. These will support the foundation and prevent settling.  They have also begun to construct the walls.  Sewer and water connections will begin on Friday.  So things are moving along!  Hope to drive by sometime this weekend to take a peek at the progress.
