Managed to stop by Cedar Hills today and saw that they have framed the basement (or the first floor as we call it). We can sort of see how much room we'll have between us and the next row of houses. Looks like our next door neighbor will be in a one car garage Mozart which is the only one in this row. We also visited a few model Mozart homes to get a better idea of what we plan to do with the space inside. According to our building rep, the trades should be in there by the end of the month.
